33rd Annual New Fairfield Lions Club Classic Car Show

Sunday, October 11 at Squantz Pond State Park

As the Summer's temperature begins to cool down, the leaves in New Fairfield will start changing to beautiful Fall colors and pumpkins and scarecrows will start popping up everywhere. This will make the perfect setting for the Annual New Fairfield Lions Club Car Show. This year, we will be celebrating the 33^rd New Fairfield Lions Club Car Show on Sunday, October 11^th, 2026, at Squantz Pond State Park in New Fairfield. Gates open at 9:00 AM and viewing will begin at 10:00 AM. Vehicle Registration begins at 9:00 AM and will continue until 11:30 AM.  Judging will take place from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM. Additional trophies will be awarded to the vehicle that Traveled the Longest Distance, the Best Car Club Representation, the President’s Choice Award and the New Fairfield Leo Club’s Choice Award. In the event of rain, a rain date has been scheduled for Sunday, October 18^th.

Food and Refreshments will be available for purchase at the Lions Club Food Tent. There will be a variety of vendors displaying their products for you to view and purchase.

Classic car owners and spectators come from all over Connecticut, New England, and areas along the East Coast to show and appreciate hundreds of vintage-classic cars, trucks, and motorcycles of many different makes, models, and years. The Car Show Vehicle Registration is $20 per vehicle and General Spectator Admission is $5 per person.

The Classic Car Show is the 3^rd largest fundraiser for the New Fairfield Lions Club, and all net proceeds are redirected back into the many programs, organizations and charities that the Club sponsors in New Fairfield and the surrounding communities. The Lions Club sponsors annual events for the Senior Citizens, Pediatric Eye Screening, CRIS Radio for the hearing impaired, Scholarships for High School Seniors and sponsor several local youth and sports organizations. Funds raised at the car show will also help fund the Lions Club’s July 4^th Parade in New Fairfield and the Lions Club’s Breakfast with Santa. The New Fairfield Lions Club is very proud to sponsor the New Fairfield Leo Club, which has over 60 members ages 12 to 18, who volunteer to serve others in the community throughout the year.
